Best Buy Canada has rolled out a mobile price comparison tool in store to turn showroomers into buyers.
The iOS and Android tool can be used by staff to give near real-time access to price intelligence around Best Buy’s competitors. Store staff use the platform to offer price matching and discounts to ensure the customer doesn’t go elsewhere. 
The solution has been developed by 360pi.
