BODY WORLDS Turns to Nokia Point & Find

BODY WORLDS & The Mirror of Time, a London exhibition focused on the human body, is using Nokias Point & Find image processing platform to engage the public. An outdoor campaign using posters and branded phone boxes launches in London on Monday. Nokia handset owners with the appropriate technology on their handsets who point their phone at any BODY WORLDS poster containing the Nokia Point & Find logo will be presented with a menu of web-based information about the exhibition. As an added incentive, BODY WORLDS is offering users a special promotional 2-for-1 ticket offer which they will find out r how to redeem when they use the application. For those who dont have the application on their phone, it can be downloaded here.
The beauty of Nokia Point & Find is its simplicity, says BODY WORLDS Marketing Communications Manage, Naz Kabir. Technology doesnt have to be complicated, and this certainly isnt. The coolest thing is once you have the software on your phone, it recognises posters, solid objects and branded items of all shapes and sizes, making it accessible for all customers and ideal for our outdoor campaigns. BODY WORLDS continually seeks to engage and inform its audiences using the latest channels, and this fits our innovative approach.
BODY WORLDS & The Mirror of Time is open until 23 August 2009 at The O2 in London.
