Booking.com Brings Passbook to its iOS App

Booking.com has added Passbook functionality to its iOS app, enaling users to access their entry tickets and boarding passes in-app, alongside their hotel and accommodation bookings.
The functionality, which is part of the apps latest update, means that tickets appear on the users lock screen automatically, when and where theyre needed, utilising Passbooks recognition of time and location. 
“We already see today that over 54 percent of people visiting our mobile site with iOS 6 use Passbook, so we believe our new app will greatly contribute to their overall booking experience,” said Booking.com CEO Darren Huston.
