Online and mobile presentations company Brainshark has launched an Android app. The app gives users a more interactive experience when they view Brainshark video presentations on smartphones and tablets.
Brainshark presentations – which combine voice, slides, video clips and more – are optimised for viewing on a browser on iOS, BlackBerry, Palm, Windows Phone 7 and Android-based devices. However, the company says that the app provides a superior browsing and viewing experience – it allows users to navigate presentations more easily, view presentation attributes, and download attachments associated with a presentation.
The app also allows users to share presentations within the app via email or social networks. The app has survey responding features built in too, so users can respond to poll and test questions, and access a free library of eLearing content from the Brainshark community.
“Were pleased to make this app available – providing an improved and interactive experience for the large and growing population of Android users,” says Brainshark CEO Joe Gustafson. “As individuals increasingly access their content on-the-go and businesses support a variety of mobile initiatives, Brainshark helps ensure that content is engaging, effective and easy to access.”
