Buongiorno has signed the definitive contract with Dada S.p.A for its 100 per cent acquisition of Dada.net shares for €28.5m (£24.9m), plus €5.4m, the estimated value of the net financial position of Dada.net as of yesterday. The deal was originally signed on 19 April, 2011.

In addition to Dada.net S.p.A, the deal also includes Dada Entertainment; Dada Entertainment Canada and Play Me LLC; Dada Brasil Servicios de Tecnologia Ltda; Dada Iberia SL; 25 per cent of Giglio Group S.p.A; and 1  per cent of Youlike S.r.l. The resulting group of entities registered revenues and EBITDA in 2010 of €76m and €10m, respectively.
