BuzzCity Launches In-house Rich Media Platform

Mobile advertising network BuzzCity has launched its own in-house rich media platform for video advertising via mobile and desktop. The platform will be available across its global network from July.
Taking the form of expandable display banners and video streams, the company hopes the rich media capability will enable it to deliver the ad formats customers want, as more and more online video is consumed via mobile devices.
“Brands now have another way of engaging customers on mobile with video experiences that reach beyond traditional media,” said Dr Lai Kok Fung, CEO and founder of BuzzCity. “Coupled with brand-safe channels, BuzzCitys product takes advertiser messages that reach beyond broadcast and newspaper websites but at the same time allows marketers to efficiently manage campaigns across a fragmented media.”
