byyd logoProgrammatic media-buying platform Byyd has been verified under the JICWEBS Digital Trading Standards Group (DTSG) Good Practice Principles for the Trading of Digital Advertising.

The verification, carried out by independent industry auditor ABC, makes Byyd the first mobile-only company to receive this certification, and marks them as a brand-safe platform.

The Good Practice Principles laid out by the DTSG aim to create greater transparency in the UK digital display advertising market, and give brands the confidence that their marketing will reach the right audience, without being associated with content that could jeopardise brand reputation.

“Transparency is just as important in mobile as it is online,” said Victor Malachard, CEO and co-founder of Byyd. “As the mobile industry competes for an ever-increasing share of spend, its imperative that there exists an industry-wide set of best practice principles.

“Weve always been committed to ensuring that our customers ad placement though our Madison platform is targets with precision – not only to encourage consumer engagement, but also to protect brand identity. This verification from ABC makes it official, and we call on the entire industry to adopt these standards.”

Our flagship event, Mobile Marketing Life, takes place in London on 27 November. Brands go free. Book your place here.
