Campaign Monitor acquires Sailthru and Liveclicker as it expands into enterprise email

Campaign MonitorCM Group, the new corporate name for companies such as Campaign Monitor, Delivra, and Emma, has acquired marketing automation platform Sailthru and personalised email marketing firm Liveclicker. The terms of the deals have not been disclosed.

With the acquisitions, the CM Group will add almost $60m in revenue and 540 new customers, including Bloomberg, Samsung, Dr  Martens, Arsenal, Marks & Spencer, and Fashion Nova, according to the company. In addition, the Group now has over 500 employees and more than 300,000 customers around the world.
