Rich media advertising firm Celtra has launched its AdCreator 3 mobile ad creation platform, The update brings with it improvements to AdCreators reach and user experience, as well as embracing Facebook as a second platform.
The AdCreator platform enables users, even those without experience in software development, to build, manage and track rich media mobile ads. The ads can be deployed on the mobile web or in-app, across the full range of IAB ad formats.
