Online pet store Chewy and animal charity, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, are partnering to host Some Buddy to Love, a Chewy TikTok Live event this Valentine’s Day, 14 February at 4pm ET. 

The event will feature animal show-and-tells, puppy and kitten livestreams, a kissing booth, and other activities. For every view on TikTok Live, Chewy is donating a pound of pet food and supplies to Peggy Adams Rescue League, up to a maximum 10,000 pounds. 

Peggy Adams is one of more than 7,500 non-profit animal welfare organizations participating in the Chewy Gives Back network and helping to find loving homes for pets in need. Chewy’s Adoptable Pets service, created by Chewy Gives Back, connects thousands of dogs and cats looking for their forever home with future pet parents based on location, personality traits, breed and more.  

Since 2012, Chewy has donated more than $97m (£71m) in products nationwide to ensure shelter and rescue animals get the essentials they need.
