Global research software and service provider Cint has teamed up with Zokem, a company that specialises in on-device metering for market research, writes Andy Penfold. The partnership aims to create multi-purpose smartphone research panels to provide insights into the mobile usage of apps, the web, media, games and mCommerce.
“The whole media industry requires more precise, reliable and comprehensive analytics to plan mobile ad spending,” says Zokem CEO, Hannu Verkasalo. “For example, which apps should be targeted in the next advertising budgets? Through our smartphone research panels, we are able to provide the market with this information with high granularity. The collaboration with Cint is very valuable to us, and the new partnership enables us to deliver our analytics to an increasing number of markets.”
