Clarks Launches Voucher Program Using Digital Platform

Shoe retailer Clarks has begun a new voucher program using a digital solution powered by consumer engagement company Eagle Eye.

The platform, Eagle Eye AIR, allows the company to connect with customers to deliver relevant offers and has been fully integrated into its stores point of sale terminals.

The voucher program is targeted at other businesses, allowing them to distribute the vouchers to staff as part of employee incentive schemes. Initially, Clarks will distribute paper vouchers that can be tracked and verified by the platform, but will move on to completely digital, multichannel distribution via email, SMS and mobile later this year.
