Clinch launches video personalisation tech for Facebook

Creative technology firm Clinch has announced the launch of a video personalisation engine built specifically to create dynamic personalised video ads for Facebook and Instagram.

Clinch for Facebook enables marketers to personalised videos on Facebook using a combination of Facebooks data, third-party data and their own first-party data, ensuring the right message gets to the right audience. Videos can be customised to highlight different messages, graphics or calls to action, and even drive consumers to the closest relevant location to them.

The platform also allows for rapid A/B testing of creative and the creation of personalised campaigns at scale for both video and display, using unique Facebook formats like Canvas, Collections and Instagram Stories.

“As more marketing dollars shift towards Facebook and video, it was imperative that we create an offering that would provide a seamless personalisation experience on the platform,” said Boaz Cohen, chief product officer at Clinch. “Now, advertisers are able to leverage a wealth of data to provide consumers with a relevant, meaningful video experience that improves conversations and ROI to generate increased sales.”

Clinch is part of Facebooks Marketing API Accelerator Grow Track, which provides innovative ad tech companies with guidance and access to Facebooks own tools and data. Clinch for Facebook is the result of its successful completion of the program, and integrates directly with Facebooks API to remove barriers to entry, and enable brands to leverage a wealth of data when creating personalised videos.
