The CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) Council has launched an online survey to explore the merits and attributes of the mobile channel, and examine how mobile relationship marketing is being embraced to ensure uninterrupted customer touch and interaction, sustained support and service, closer and more dependent connectivity, and greater insight and intimacy.
Mobile Marketing readers are invited to take part in the survey. As an incentive to do so, the CMO Council will provide all respondents with a complimentary copy of the final report, which will include interviews with marketing executives from brands including Coca-Cola, Sony Entertainment, HSBC and The Home Depot, among others.
The survey is part of an initiative entitled: Engage at Every Stage: Using Mobile Marketing (MRM) to Put More Interactions in the Hands of the Customer. The CMO Council will use the survey to gather insights on how well marketers are progressing in their journey towards embracing MRM, and what their needs and requirements might be to realize this more connected and continuous relationship. The survey will look at MRM adoption issues, obstacles, experiences, resources and commitments. You can take part in the survey here.
The CMO Council is a peer-powered network of over 6,000 global senior-level brand decision-makers dedicated to top-level knowledge exchange, spanning over 110 countries in multiple industries.
