IIR Events is staging a four-day Telecoms Business Services conference in London. The event takes place at the Mayfair Conference Centre from 26 29 January. It will look at how to effectively develop, launch and market services and products for the business sector.
The conference will address some of the key challenges currently facing fixed and mobile operators, including product development and marketing; CRM; pricing strategies; increasing business customer ARPU; and targeting SMEs. The organisers say their aim is that delegates will leave the conference with a confident understanding of the most up-to-date and successful strategies currently being deployed globally.
