Conference Looks at Mobile Loyalty

Informa Telecoms & Media is staging a 3-day Customer Retention
& Loyalty in Mobile conference  in London from 22-24 January.
Speakers include Baris Bezel, Head of Retention & Loyalty
programmes for Turkcell in Turkey; Stanislava fletcher, Customer Care
Manager for Telefonica O2 in the Czech Republic; Gregoire Pauty, CEO of
Squid Solutions in France; Anna Marie Menezes, Marketing Director,
Customer Retention, for Rogers Wireless in Canada; and Jan Pieter-Lips,
Business Development Director at  Loyalty Management UK, which runs the
Nectar loyalty programme.
Informa says the conference will help delegates understand how to
enhance the customer experience and meet subscriber expectations to
increase satisfaction and loyalty; determine how to stand out in a
competitive market to win loyalty from existing customers alongside new
acquisitions; evaluate strategies for preventing corporate churn and
growing loyalty with their most profitable customers; learn how to
tackle the challenges of the prepaid market; and compare the best
strategies for effective channel management to strengthen the weak
points of their channel strategy.
In addition to the formal presentations, there are also a number of
panel discussions and interactive round-table discussions, as well as a
post-conference workshop on 25 January entitled: Creating a Customer
Experience Management (CEM) Strategy, led by Squid Solutions.
Prices range from 699 for one day to 2,499 for all four, including
