Software developer Corel has launched its ‘Summer Appventure’, featuring four new, free apps for the iPhone, iPad, Mac and PC, designed to help families make the most of their summer vacations.

Beep Beep converts your iPad into a digital colouring book, with an array of colours and sample images to choose from. Slingshot enables you to capture special moments on your iPhone and automatically share them with customized groups of family and friends, or send them straight to a selected Facebook album. All photos are automatically backed up to a private Facebook photo album.
Postcard is a postcard app for the iPhone. Take a photo, add a greeting, and automatically send your printed postcard anywhere in the world for $0.99. Finally, QuickSort is a PC/Mac app for sorting your digital photos.

Travellers interested in joining the Corel Summer Appventure can visit a dedicated website to share favourite vacation photos, videos, and holiday anecdotes. There’s also a dedicated Twitter hashtag, #corelappventure and a chance to win prizes such as Corel photo editing and video editing software.
