Costa Coffee launches ‘Made With Heart’ campaign

Costa Coffee has unveiled a new global brand platform, Made With Heart, marking a strategic shift from product-focused marketing to building deeper emotional connections with consumers.
The campaign highlights the “ritualistic” role coffee plays in people’s daily lives and aims to encourage audiences to “embrace everyday moments”. The initiative was developed by WPP Open X and led by VML UK.
The campaign will be rolled out across multiple channels including TV, broadcast video-on-demand, radio, YouTube, and social media. It will be supported by PR and social activity led by AnalogFolk, with CRM managed by M&C Saatchi.
The creative features everyday, relatable scenes. One hero film follows a university student on their way to class, while another depicts a couple navigating life with opposing work shifts.
