The Cytech SMS Platform is a white-label software solution and is the leading such solution in Greece, according to the company. 

The bulk SMS capabilities of the companys solution includes mass SMS dispatch, detailed SMS history and delivery reports, and the ability to choose alphanumeric originator numbers for your texts. It also supports variable network SMS costs. 

The Platforms interactive SMS features include the ability to set up manual reply capabilities for users to respond to texts, and real-time stats for the marketer to monitor responses. The Platform also offers an automated billing tool for simple billing of clients.
