Department store retailer Debenhams has appointed Fetch as its mobile advertising agency, as mobile continues to gain prominence in Debenhams’ multichannel strategy. Fetch will be responsible for Debenhams’ mobile marketing and advertising activity, including its mobile media planning and buying, as the retailer seeks to grow the number of Debenhams app downloads.
“As the number of customers interacting with our brand on mobile continues to increase, Debenhams is looking to Fetch to capitalise on this growth, and generate valuable mobile interactions using their specialist knowledge of the industry,” says Debenhams online trading director, Simon Forster.
Founded in 2009, Fetch is an independent mobile ad agency, with offices in London and San Francisco. Fetch currently manages over 20 clients’ mobile advertising needs.
