Dentsu Aegis rebrands Dentsu Media as an integrated agency network called Dentsu X

Dentsu Aegis Network has announced the immediate rebranding of Dentsu Media into an integrated agency network which combines communication, media planning, content creation, technology, data and behavioural insights.

Dentsu X has been designed to help brands create integrated and personalised marketing solutions to help them attract, acquire, convert and retain customers. The rebranded network will use ‘high quality creative and strategic capabilities’, with cultural scientists and behavioural experts, to help brands identify values and motivations.

Dentsu X will roll out to key markets in Europe, the Middle East and Asia within this year, with the desire to expand to the US subsequently.

“When Dentsu Media was first launched in 1999, the use of the word ‘media’ had a very limited meaning,” said Takaki Hibino, who will continue as global brand president of Dentsu X. “For close to two decades, Dentsu Media alongside its sister creative agencies has expanded to offer much more to our clients than that original definition could describe. This is why we evolved its identity to reflect the potential of our brand. By integrating data, technology, creativity and distribution in the Dentsu X offering, we can develop unique experiences for clients that are truly focused on digital solutions.”
