Mobile specialist Dialogue Communications has appointed Steve Lovell as Head of Technical Services, to support the companys growing client base. Lovell, joins Dialogue from Orange, where he was Head of Support Operations for seven years, responsible for multimedia technical operations and services. During one three-year period at Orange, all services within Lovells remit achieved 100% uptime. Prior to Orange, he worked for BT as Service Operations Centre Manager, where he oversaw technical support teams responsible for all live NHS services provided by BT.
I am really looking forward to working with a team of people that already have an excellent reputation in the mobile arena, says Lovell. One of my main objectives is to further develop Dialogues technical infrastructure and procedures, in order to continue to improve platform and service reliability. My other main focus is to provide the best possible customer service to new and existing customers as well as meeting and forming good relationships with Dialogue customers.
