Digital Yoga Network to Target Female Mobile and Tablet Users

YogaSocial video advertising firm, Viral Spiral, has partnered with b2b video network Rightster and “yoga management company” YAMA Talent, to create what the firms claim will be the world’s largest yoga and lifestyle network, the Digital Yoga Network. The network will offer virtual coaching, streamed to mobile and tablets, delivered by yoga experts including Ekhart Yoga, Sadie Nardini, Meghan Currie and Patrick Beach.

The network will provide brands direct access to an 18-44, predominantly female audience, which, the companies note, has been challenging for advertisers to access online at scale. Opportunities for advertisers will include the ability to buy pre-roll and banner advertising around the content, brand integration, branded entertainment, and as product placement. The network was developed by Viral Spiral and YAMA Talent and is powered by Rightster’s global b2b video distribution network.

“The growth of the yoga industry requires us to develop fresh new ways to deliver yoga to the masses, such as the Digital Yoga Network,” said Ava Taylor, founder of YAMA Talent. “The technology, support and relationships provided by Viral Spiral and Rightster, plus the combined content of the top brands in the yoga space, allows us to convey the message of mindful living exponentially further and faster.”
