The three agreements deliver blue mobile to end users in the Middle East and sub-Saharan African markets via its partnership with EMS; to users in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries in Eastern Europe through GIT.NET; and to Latin America and the Caribbean via Winterbothams business services operation in Montevideo, Uruguay and Nassau, Bahamas.
