Solutions provider Boost Communications has launched Madmaker, a “do-it-yourself” mobile ad creation tool, which enables small and medium-sized enterprises to create mobile campaigns. The tool is a web-based rich media solution and uses drag and drop functionality – meaning it requires no previous design or technical skills to use, the company says.
“Our 12 years of experience in developing mobile marketing solutions has enabled us to offer this kind of functionality in a do-it-yourself tool,” says Øystein Skiri, CEO of Boost Communications. “The idea behind Madmaker was conceived three years ago, together with some of the largest media companies in the EMEA region. Our clients experienced major traffic growth on their mobile portals; however the volume of advertisements did not follow. The main reason for this being that advertisers didnt know how to mobile-adapt their campaigns in a budget friendly and efficient way, so we developed a tool to fill this market gap.”
