People-based identity management company Drawbridge has launched a self-service cross-device dashboard to so that marketers can see their data in real-time.
The Self-Service Graph Platform offers marketers ways to understand how Drawbridge’s Connected Consumer Graph can extend and enhance first-party data for people-based marketing applications.
Drawbridge’s Connected Consumer Graph is built by applying AI and machine learning to data points that Drawbridge receives. This graph is then populated with connected consumers and touchpoints for brands to leverage for more personalised experiences. The Self-Service Graph introduces a destination to easily visualise and validate this data across devices.
“People-based identity can power some incredible customer experience applications, but so many brands struggle to validate the data, plus there’s a lack of data transparency from many other providers,” said Janet Chang, senior product manager at Drawbridge. “For many marketers, this is a brand-new playbook, and we completely understand the need to test and validate before making a purchase decision. This product puts that power back into the hands of the marketers.”
