Dstillery Lands $24m Funding for Cross-device Targeting

Dstillery_ID_TaglineCross-device targeting firm Dstillery has closed a $24m Series C round of financing, led by NewSpring Capital.

Formerly known as Media6Degrees, Dstillery was one of the technology partners which worked with Twitter to help the social network launch its tailored audiences retargeting solution last December. It reports a 50 per cent year-on-year rise in revenues for the first half of 2014.

This latest round brings the companys total investment to $48m. Dstillery says it will use the funding to accelerate hiring and expand into new markets, as well as exploring strategic acquisitions of mobile- and data-focused companies.

“For five years, we have focused on finding signal in massive data sets, and have become the leading provider of scalable data-driven solutions for marketers,” said Dstillery CEO Tom Phillips. “This funding is both a testament to that success and evidence of our commitment to building the best multi-platform marketing solutions for brands.”
