Dynmark International, the Cheltenham, UK-based mobile messaging application publisher, has taken the award for Best Messaging Application at the Mobile Data Association Awards.
The accolade was awarded to Dynmark for its of e-txt mobile messaging software suite, which offers users a variety of applications for standalone use or integration with existing business systems. The software allows users to develop, deploy and manage large-scale bulk SMS communications. The e-txt application is already being used by a number of leading brands, including Yell, Google, Primark, Vision Express and the Carphone Warehouse.
The Awards judges commended e-txt for being easy to download and install, saying:
Although there were a number of other strong contenders in this competition category, Dynmark stood out for its strong support and SME market focus.
Dynmark Chief Executive Oscar Jenkins says the company is delighted to have been chosen as the winner of the award.
We were up against some stiff competition from some of the leading UK SMS businesses, and to beat them is really satisfying, says Jenkins. Its taken us seven years to develop this range of software and to have it recognised as the market-leading range of applications by the MDA will help us win new business from bigger clients.
