EasyCoffee – a coffee chain which is part of the long list of Easy brands including EasyJet, EasyHotel, EasyBus, and many more – has teamed up with Yoyo Wallet for an app-based payments and loyalty solution.
Under the partnership, Yoyo will build an EasyCoffee payments and loyalty app experience to provide customers with secure mobile payment, loyalty point accumulation, rewards redemption and voucher sharing, and digital receipts at the point-of-sale (POS).
In addition, Yoyo will enable EasyCoffee to capture anonymised customer basket data at the POS, so it can analyse and segment purchase data in order to help with more personalised rewards, offers, and experiences.
“We are so chuffed at our link up with an experienced innovator such as Yoyo and look forward to launching in shops and vending UK wide,” said Nathan Lowry, who launched EasyCoffee alongside the man behind the all the Easy brands, Stelios Haji-Ioannou.
The EasyCoffee app experience, powered by Yoyo, will be available for customers at some point in 2019.
