Ebay scraps fees for private sellers in new ad

Ebay has launched a new ad highlighting the potential of selling unwanted items.

The See Things Differently’ campaign, which promotes the recent removal of fees for private sellera, tells the story of a couple moving in together, with each partner sizing up the other’s possessions.

As they do, they begin to imagine their partner’s unwanted items turning into Ebay sales listings.

Created by indie agency JOAN London, the ad will be featured across TV, streaming, online video, cinema, radio, out-of-home digital displays, influencer campaigns and social media.
