Last year's winner
Taking home the Most Effective Mobile CRM/Enterprise Messaging Campaign award was Brandtone's 'Credit for Torcida'. The campaign aimed to help PepsiCo engage the 200,000 street vendors who sell its Torcida snacks in Brazil, accounting for 90 per cent of sales.
PepsiCo offered traders free airtime via mobile redemption of codes printed on product shipper packaging, in return for answering questions about their business needs and priorities. The campaign drove significant sales uplift and ongoing engagement with the street trader community.
This year, the category has been renamed slightly, to simply 'Most Effective CRM Campaign'.
If you want to enter your campaign into this category, then simply download the entry form here, and return a completed copy via email to firstname.lastname@example.org before the entry deadline, 5pm (UK time) on Friday 22 August 2014.
