Election App Seeks the Peoples Vote

Mobile application developer Appy Go Lucky has released its UK Election Tracker app for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The app suggests questions for users to vote on, such as: ‘Do you agree with David Cameron’s plans to create neighbourhood armies?’ Or ‘Would a Prime Minister’s faith affect the way you vote?’ Users then cast their vote, which is added to the poll.

The app features graphs to illustrate which party is in the lead according to other users’ votes at any given time.  Users can also submit a question to be considered as that day’s ad hoc poll, and sign up for news alerts on election events.

“Election Tracker is a move towards a thoroughly modern debating approach,” says says Appy Go Lucky commercial director, Victoria Hatch. “Users can instantly cast their vote on a number of issues and find out what their peers are thinking.”
