The 2018 Effective Digital Marketing Awards are open for entries. The awards program, now in its second year, is run by our events business, Masterclassing. Mobile Marketing was acquired by Masterclassing in January.
The Effective Digital Marketing Awards ran last year under the name of the Masterclassing Marketing Awards, but have been rebranded for 2018 to dovetail nicely with our own Effective Mobile Marketing Awards, now in their ninth year, which launch in the spring.
Where the Effective Mobile Marketing Awards focus on mobile, the Effective Digital Marketing Awards celebrate excellence in the wider digital sphere. There are 25 categories in all, including Most Effective Influencer Campaign; User-generated Content Campaign; Content Marketing Campaign; Email Campaign; AI Solution; and Tech Platform. The deadline for entries is 29 March and the cost to enter is £175 per entry, per category. There’s a £25 discount per entry, per category, for entries received before the Early Bird deadline of 16 March.
The Awards will be a judged by a panel of global brand marketers from a wide range of industries who have served as keynote speakers at Masterclassing events over the past 12 months. They include senior digital marketers from ASOS, HP, Japan Airlines, Odeon Cinema Group, the Financial Times, Purity Vodka and Mandarin Oriental.
Masterclassing co-founder David Murphy will chair the Judging Panel. He said: “Masterclassing’s Awards Program got off to a strong start last year and putting the focus on effectiveness going forward makes perfect sense. All year long, all around the world at Masterclassing events, we hear about the excellent digital marketing work being done by brands and agencies. Now is the time to showcase it.
