EQO, which specializes in mobile Internet phone services, has announced that it will offer free international mobile calls from the UK for the remainder of the Rugby World Cup. Rugby fans, and indeed non-fans, in the UK using EQO will be able to place unlimited free international calls to South Africa, Australia, Ireland or New Zealand on the days that these teams are playing.
EQO is a free application for the mobile that lets users call anywhere in the world for rates as low as 0.5p per minute. EQO offers savings of up to 95% on international calls to over 230 countries. An EQO call placed from the UK to Australia, for example, normally costs just 1.2p per minute. Calls and texts to other EQO users are free.
