Euroleague Basketball Launches Digital Platform with FMCG Brand 7Days

Euroleague Basketball and Chipita-owned bakery brand 7Days have teamed up to launch a new digital platform for sports fans that enables users to access exclusive content, vote on the best plays and enter competitions.

7Days Magic Moment is a responsive online app accessible through the Euroleagues website, and is designed to host the very best action from the sports league, as well as exclusive digital content.

The platform was created by sports, media and digital marketing agency Sports Revolution, and is the first of a planned series of digital collaborations between Chipita and Euroleague Basketball.

“As one of our first activations in our new three-year partnership with Euroleague, we believe this platform will allow us to connect with basketball fans, giving them access to full varied content to enrich their experience,” said Owen Green, sponsorship director at Chipita.

Over 23,000 fans have already accessed the site, which also offers users an opportunity to vote on their favourite magic moment each month, as well a chance to win a signed jersey from a player of their choice.

“We have been working closely with Chipita and Euroleague across all areas of this new partnership for several months,” said Kelly Williams, managing director of Sports Revolution. “Our expertise in engaging with fans across a variety of sports to set solid foundations on which Chipita can continue to expand its presence across Europe.”
