Euronews Express Launches on Android

Euronews is launching an Android version of its successful Euronews Express iPhone app, delivering news, culture, business and sports stories to users handsets.
The comany claims the app is one of the lightest available, with text and images combined for rapid downloading. It also says the app works well on non-3G networks, and also offers a cache fetaure for offline browsing of content. 
Euronews covers current events around the clock and around the world, with 400 journalists from more than 25 countries. Euronews is broadcast in 11 language editions – Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Persian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and Ukrainian – and reaches 350m homes in 155 countries.
