Evolved launches roamer experience management widget

VAS company Evolved Intelligence has launched a Roamer Experience Management (REM) widget, which enables customer service managers to query the experience of individual users using roaming connections.

“Normally, it is very difficult for a mobile operator to investigate a roaming customer’s complaint,” says Evolved Intelligence head of marketing Robin Burton. “The REM widget allows the customer service manager to enter an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) or MSISDN (Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network Number), together with a date and time range to receive a complete list of relevant SS7 signals. This means that many types of problem can be immediately identified, and prompt feedback given to the customer.”

The REM widget also enables engineers to request the list of signals relating to specific global titles, which helps in the further diagnosis of problems.
