Tanla Mobile, which specialises in wireless application development, mobile billing and messaging solutions, has appointed Anuj Khanna as Head of Marketing to support the companys growth as it embarks on a strategic plan for global expansion.
Based out of the Tanla Mobile offices in the UK, Khanna will be responsible for developing and implementing the international marketing strategy and strategic market development plan across the business.
Khanna joins the company from Netsize where he held the positions of Group Marketing & Communications Director, and also, Operator Partnerships Director, UK & Ireland. He contributed to the building of the global brand, helping the company to increase revenues from 6 million (4 million) to 133 million, in less than five years.
Khanna is  an elected Director of the Mobile Data Association, and the author of four globally-published mobile industry reports. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Sheffield.

Tanla Mobile is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanla Solutions, which listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange India in January 2007 raising INR 421 Crores (47 million).
