Facebook Redesigns Mobile Pages

Facebook has launched a new mobile layout for its Pages offering to brands, the first product Facebook has redesigned for mobile first, before desktop.

The redesign is intended to make it easier for a business’ current and potential customers to interact with a Page on mobile devices, with a streamlined action-oriented interface, The most relevant business details and ways to interact – including Like, Call, Message, and Share – have all been moved to the top of the Page, so that users see them first.

For Page owners, the update also introduces the ability to pin selected posts, and enables switching between public and admin views of the Page from their mobile device.

The update is rolling out immediately to iOS and the mobile web, with Android promised to follow shortly.
