Fishing Joy Reaches 100m Downloads

Have you heard of Fishing Joy?

Neither have we, but apparently the game, published by Chinese mobile game company CocoaChina, is rubbing shoulders with Angry Birds and Temple Run, having broken the 100m download mark.

According to data from Flurry, eight times as many users return to Fishing Joy than the average app, and play sessions last 2.5 times longer.

“This is a fantastic achievement for us because we have reached great scale while also maintaining an engaging play experience as users play longer and keep coming back,” said Haozhi Chen, CEO of CocoaChina. “We are extremely proud to have reached such a significant milestone, and it inspires us to continue making the best games possible.”
