Flame Digital Launches Mobile Division

Manchester-based creative agency Flame Digital has launched a mobile marketing solutions division, Flame Mobile. The division will offer its clients a comprehensive range of mobile services, and the capability to execute across all mobile channels, in addition to consulting, creative, mobile SEO, and mobile ad planning and buying. The company has recruited industry veteran Jon Beverley from Sponge to set up and lead the mobile division, which it says will be a unique offering in the North of England.
Beverley, 37, originally hails from the North West, and was previously Commercial and Planning Director at Sponge. Before that, he was a CEO in New Zealand where he helped build two successful mobile marketing and mobile banking businesses. He was also Co-founder and CEO of Scan Mobile, where he developed mobile solutions for clients including Argos, Orange, Vodafone and HSBC. He has been involved in digital marketing since 1995, and mobile solutions since 1999.
