Shireen Hadaddeen

Shireen has worked in the gaming industry since October 2009, starting initially as a customer service conversion agent. Shireen’s work initially centered around all products, but she went on to pursue CRM retention in casino at MansionCasino.com where she learned the fundamentals of data segmentation and optimisation in great detail. She took this knowledge with her when moving to London to work at Ladbrokes where she specialised in casino conversion welcome early life.

Shireen has been at Betfair since 2013. She works on Sportsbook and Exchange Conversion Welcome Early Life, and her success has been formed in part by her understanding of how a customer expects a full experience in exchange for their investment.

On the day, Shireen will be speaking alongside Burn the Sky managing partner Rob Thurner, on the topic of shifting from product development to customer development.
