Get Set for the Year of Gamification

Gamification, ‘virtual togetherness’ – the meeting of social tools and technologies with TV programmes – and real-time online decision-making are among the major trends that will take hold in 2012, predicts brand research consultancy Millward Brown.

We predict huge change in the way brands adopt and develop emerging technologies. They will use these technologies to engage with a growing generation of digital consumers in more playful and enjoyable ways.”
