Globo Adds Mood Settings to CitronGO!

e-business solutions provider Globo has added Mood Settings to its CitronGO! cloud software offering. With Mood settings, users will be able to choose a Business setting, to filter through work emails and client phone calls, or a Personal setting, to receive calls only from family and friends, along with social networking updates, all on their existing handset. Globo says that this will eliminate the need for people to have two phones one for business and one for personal use.
Globo has developed CitronGO! as an all-in-one solution that provides ubiquitous computing on a  single screen and on the device of choice, regardless of manufacturer, vendor or network. CitronGO will synchronise data over the air on almost all mobile handsets using push technology, creating a layer of interaction with hundreds of services such as email, calendars, contacts, instant messaging, folders and more. The new enhancements aim to create a better user experience that will give users the flexibility to activate and de-activate Business or Personal settings whenever they choose so that only communication relevant to that setting will be pushed to their mobile device.
Our research shows that employers will pay a significant amount of money to make their employees truly mobile, says  Globo  CEO and Founder, Costis Papadimitrakopoulos. But for all of us, there are times when we need to ensure that we preserve the space between our personal life and our professional life. CitronGO! first redefined the mobile space by integrating business with social utilities, and now it puts mobile phone users back in control by giving them the flexibility to connect or disconnect with their work and personal communication on their existing device.
CitronGO! can be accessed via an individuals existing mobile phone, PC or PDA, enabling a professional or personal user to interact with email, calendars and contacts applications. The Mood Settings feature is currently in beta testing.
CitronGO! will be available on a Software as a Service basis, enabling telecoms providers, operators, mobile phone manufacturers ISPs, and OEMs to offer CitronGO! to their customers as part of a bundled service. Businesses will be able to incorporate CitronGO!  into their corporate infrastructure as a fully licensed model, and software companies and resellers will be able to provide the service as a third party. Globo will also make CitronGO! available for download via the Globo website.
