Government Gateway Approval for Relay Station

Online services and voice/text broadcasting company Relay Station has revealed that it has been approved as a UK Government Gateway Approved Partner. The company says its communications broadcasting platform, RelayInteract, has the capability to add value to the UK Government Service Transformation agenda, enabling agencies and local authorities to better communicate with large numbers of people and businesses simultaneously.
The Government Gateway currently enables people and businesses to securely engage, interact and make transactions with about 100 government agencies and local authorities from a single online point of entry. Services available to the public and businesses enable them to pay taxes, claim child tax credits, pay parking fines, check pension entitlements, and much more.
Relay Station supplies communications solutions to many private and public businesses. By adding RelayInteract to agencies websites such as Defra's Animal Health, public service authorities can broadcast messages to all their opt-in audiences simultaneously using the communications medium individuals prefer to use, from a choice of voice (landline or mobile), text, email, or fax. All that individuals need do to receive messages is to register and complete a form on the specific agency's website.
Relay Station's approval as a Government Gateway Alliance Partner is a ringing endorsement of its compelling RelayInteract technology and platform, says Relay Station Managing Director, Sharon Maslyn, Relay Station's managing director. Looking forward, we expect the secure interactive platform to appeal to many more governments and states in this online world.
