The GSM Association (GSMA) has announced the nominees for the 15th Annual Global Mobile Awards. The winners will be announced during the Global Mobile Awards presentation, which will be hosted by writer and self-confessed technophile Stephen Fry on Tuesday 16 February in the main conference auditorium at the GSMAs Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The GSMA would like to congratulate all those who have been nominated in this years Global Mobile Awards, says GSMA Chief Marketing Officer, Michael OHara. Our judging panel certainly had their work cut out – the 105 nominees from across 18 categories have been chosen from more than 500 high quality entries, and to be one of the shortlisted companies is a fantastic achievement.
The global final of the Mobile Innovation Grand Prix competition, part of the Global Mobile Awards, will also take place at this years Mobile World Congress. Over the past year, four regional tournaments have taken place around the world and two finalists from each tournament will compete in Barcelona for the Mobile Innovation Grand Prix title. The overall winner will also be announced at the awards presentation on 16 February.
The Global Mobile Awards presentation is open to Mobile World Congress conference gold and platinum pass holders, award nominees and all accredited press attending the event. Tickets for the evening party are on sale from the online registration point, which you can access here.
