H&M and Gap are using the discount app UNiDAYS to drive 18 to 24s into their stores during freshers’ week with a 20 per cent off deal.
H&M has been running a two-week event, while Gap has extended this to a month-long campaign, promoting the UNiDAYS app and the offer in their stores. Students need to register before they can claim the offer, but they simply flash their UNiDAYS ID on their handset at the till to get the money off.
UNiDAYS has promoted the partnerships to its 1m registered student users on email, as well as advertising across desktop, mobile and social channels.
