Honda Announces Cross-platform Sponsorship for Yahoos Community

Honda has announced it will be sponsoring the highly anticipated sixth season of comedy Community when i airs exclusively on Yahoo Screen later this year, with cross-platform pre-roll video ads, and display and audience advertising across Yahoos extended network.
The sponsorship will also involve several product integrations into season six of the show, which will be streamable through desktop, mobile and connected TVs. Targeted advertising across Yahoo Screen and additional Yahoo properties will enable Honda to reach and engage in-market and in-segment buyers.
“Community, now on Yahoo Screen, has an incredible and loyal fan following creating the perfect opportunity for us to connect with our audience in a new way across multiple screens,” said Tom Peyton, assistant vice president of marketing for American Honda. “Working with Yahoo, were excited to not only be part of the sixth season of Community, but leverage the maturing world of online video through the distribution of original content.”
The sixth season of Community premieres on March 17, with 13 episodes planned. The show has been praised as one of the most inventive and original comedies of recent years, and stars Joel McHale, Ken Jeong, Gillian Jacobs, Danny Pudi and Alison Brie.
