Global mobile ad network Admoda and content provider Hungama have revealed that they are to work together to deliver mobile Internet ad campaigns across Central Asia, starting in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Hungama, which has already run mobile ad campaigns for hundreds of brands including McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Citibank, and Apple, will now be able to offer brands access to Admodas vast Asian inventory. The partnership will enable Hungamas brand clients to run highly targeted ad campaigns across central Asia on the mobile Internet.
Admoda delivers millions of daily mobile banners and text ads on both a CPM and CPC basis. The company has been searching for the right partner to allow it to deliver branded ad campaigns in central Asia, and believes Hungama, with its reach and expertise, is the perfect fit.
Comparing the last six months in 2007 to the same 6-month period in 2006, our revenue has soared nearly 800% says MobVision CEO Terry Jackson. That does not just happen by chance. Many advertisers are turning to us for our cost-effective, straightforward approach, and of course our publishers benefit from this. Working with Hungama is hugely exciting and will allow us to fully leverage the enormous mobile advertising opportunity in central Asia.
During 2007, Admoda focused on delivering targeted ad campaigns for mobile-ready brands including MTV, Adidas, and Nokia Widsets, along with most major mobile content and entertainment retailers. Along with a series of technological developments, 2008 will also see Admoda extending its off-deck network, increasing its on-deck presence with mobile operators, and rapidly expanding its mobile advertising footprint in the worlds fastest growing mobile entertainment regions.
