Hyundai Turns to Mobile for i40 Tourer Launch

Car maker Hyundai is bringing its new i40 Tourer to life using image recognition technology from Aurasma as part of its biggest-ever integrated advertising campaign to support the launch of the vehicle.

Created by Mobext, MPG Media Contacts’ mobile division, the Hyundai i40 app, available for free download from the Apple App Store and Android Market for the iPhone 4 and Android devices running V2.2 and up of the Android OS, enables consumers to experience the new i40 through video content embedded in selected print and poster ads. Download the app, follow the instructions, and point your phone at the i40 Tourer ads to trigger video content where you can explore the features of the car, order a brochure, or book a test drive.
